We do lots of things each and every summer, one of which is s'mores - we call them cheater s'mores because we use chocolate covered Leclerc Celebration Cookies . My guys are professional stick makers and there is nothing better than the taste of summer s'mores (well, maybe fall s'mores but that is a post for a later date).
